Application of Equipment
DZ-6 type end quenching testing bench is mainly used for laboratory material end quenching test. The test bench was developed based on the technical parameter requirements in GB / T225-2006 Steel-Hardenability test by end quenching. The shape is beautiful and generous. The whole machine frame is formed by bending and welding of stainless steel plates. The water tank is independently welded and formed in the frame. It has cooling and heating functions to ensure constant water temperature. The cooling water enters the nozzle through the silent circulation pump, and the water utilization rate is high, and there is no waste.
