M-2 Pre-Grinding Machine
Introduction:
The M-2 metallographic sample pre-grinding machine uses metallographic sandpaper with different grain sizes to polish samples of various metals and alloys. Using this pre-grinding machine, in addition to mechanical polishing instead of manual operation to improve the efficiency of sample preparation, it can also completely remove the plastic deformation and surface heating traces generated during the sample cutting process for further polishing and microscopic determination of the structure .
1-Cooling system:
This machine has a cooling device that can cool the sample during pre-grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating of the sample. When the pre-grinding machine is working, the cooling water is continuously injected into the rotating grinding disc through the rotary water nozzle, and the sandpaper can be tightly attached to the grinding disc under the action of atmospheric pressure, so that the sandpaper does not need to be bonded or clamped.
2-Control System:
This machine is controlled by the switch key to control the operation of the grinding disc. When the switch is ‘’ON’’, the grinding disc runs and the speed of 450r/min can be obtained. When the switch key is in "OFF", the grinding and polishing plate stops running.
