A Contact Current Collector Impact Testing Machine Meeting Standards such as TB/T1842.3 and TJ/CL328

LianGong Testing Machine Factory was commissioned by a high-speed rail parts customer to develop and customize a testing device for measuring the impact characteristics of weak connection devices on the shoe wall plates of contact current collectors used in high-speed trains and EMUs—a dedicated impact testing machine for current collectors. This impact testing machine boasts stable performance, advanced technology, and an excellent cost-performance ratio! It meets the impact characteristic requirements of the national standard TB/T1842.3-2002 "Pantograph Slides for Electric Locomotives - Part 3: Carbon Slides" and TJ/CL328-2014 "Provisional Technical Conditions for Carbon Slides for EMUs," specifically section 6.12, for automatic pantograph lowering sensing devices.

The dedicated impact testing machine for current collectors developed by LianGong employs electrical control for automatic pendulum raising, impact, and release, making it easy to operate and highly efficient. After the sample breaks, the remaining energy is used to automatically raise the pendulum, preparing it for the next impact test. To facilitate customer use, an adjustable support base for the weak connection device of the contact receiver shoe wall plate was designed: the installation height and the impact center of the carbon slide plate can be adjusted according to the size of the contact receiver shoe wall plate.
