HVS-50 Digital Vickers Hardness Tester adopts unique and precise design in mechanics, optics and light source, which makes the indentation image clearer and the measurement more accurate. Adopt color LCD screen, high-speed 32-bit microprocessor control system, fully realize man-machine dialogue and automatic operation. It has the characteristics of high test accuracy, simple operation, high sensitivity, convenient use and stable indication. It fully realizes the functions of automatic application, maintenance, removal of test force, and direct display of hardness value.

1-The product body part is once formed by the casting process, and after a long time of aging treatment. Relative to the puzzle process, long-term use of deformation is minimal, and can effectively adapt to a variety of harsh environments;

2-Car paint, paint high grade, strong anti-scratch ability, using many years is still bright as new;

3-Optical systems designed by senior optical engineers not only have clear images, but also can be used as simple microscopes with adjustable brightness, comfortable vision and long-term operation without fatigue.

4-The use of high-resolution measurement and observation objective lenses, combined with a high-definition digital measurement eyepiece with a built-in length encoder, realizes one-key measurement of the diagonal length of the indentation, and gets rid of the errors and troubles of manual input during the reading process;

5- Optional CCD image processing system and video measuring device;

6- Equipped with Bluetooth module, Bluetooth printer, and optional Bluetooth PC receiver for wireless printing and wireless data transmission;

7- Accuracy in line with GB / T4340.2 ISO6507-2 and the United States ASTM E384.
