Usage and Characteristics

The TB-500 contact current collector shoe wall weak connection special testing machine is used to determine the impact characteristics of the weak connection device of the contact current collector shoe wall board for high-speed railways and high-speed trains, so as to judge that the weak connection device of the shoe wall board is hit by sufficient dynamic load. When it is lowered and broken, the automatic protection lowering bow detection system is reliable and stable.

The special impact tester adopts electrical appliances to control the automatic swing, impact and placement, which is easy to operate and has high working efficiency. After the sample is punched, the remaining energy is used to automatically raise the pendulum and prepare for the next impact test.
Adjustable support base for the weak connection device of the shoe wall of the contact current collector: The installation height and the strike center of the carbon slide can be adjusted according to the size of the shoe wall of the contact current collector.
