Structure and Characteristics
The test machine is mainly used for cable pipe bending performance test, including type test and factory test to determine the ability of the cable to withstand bending. The pipe bending and bending test machine is mainly composed of a frame, a crank connecting rod device, a weight hanger, a guard rail, a weight and a bending mandrel, and an electric control box.
The driving principle of the test machine repeatedly bending adopts a crank connecting rod structure. The motor is connected to the reducer, and the reducer drives the crank-link mechanism to swing and complete the experiment.
The bending speed of repeated bending is realized by the inverter controlling the rotation speed of the three-phase asynchronous motor.
