The XJL-600A drop hammer impact tester is suitable for impact test of steering rod products in the automotive industry. It is a test instrument for evaluating the impact resistance of product components. At the same time, it is also possible to carry out impact comparison tests on samples of the same material and the same specification to identify the quality of the materials. Both the pass method and the gradient method are applicable.
The test machine adopts program control technology, which can preset the impact height, automatically prevent secondary impact, automatically lift the hammer to a predetermined height, and display the height at any time. The number of impacts can be set to achieve continuous impact.
