Product Description
Machine application
The simulated steel wire rope is installed in the actual working condition of the elevator. It is used to test the elevator in the test range of the wire rope and the rope for the aircraft control in the range of 12.7-15.88 (1.6mm-9.5mm). The wire rope bending fatigue test, before the test, the actual diameter of the wire rope sample is measured under the condition of no stretching, and then the actual working condition of the elevator is simulated to bypass the test wheel (traction wheel) at a certain wrap angle. And the tension is applied, and the bending is repeated at a certain frequency to evaluate the performance of the wire rope subjected to bending fatigue.
