Performance Characteristics
Manual broaching machine sample gap is the only instrument gap for processing the qualified sample except the optical curve grinding machine. Because of once processing theory, the identity of processing the gap is very nice. This broaching machine adopts W18Cr4V manufacturing, high hardness, wear resistance, and every tool can process the sample as many as 20 000.
It can meet GB/T 2106-80 “metal Charpy (V-type notch) impact test method” and GB/T 229-2007 “metal Charpy (U-type notch) impact test method”, as well as the requirements of domestic and international standards of ASTM E23, ISO148 and ISO083. The broaching machine can be used for the sample processing of metal and non-metallic.
