Overview
This machine adopts high-precision ball screw drive, linear guide and support, this structure ensures the broach of stability and geometric precision of incision. This product is equipped with a duplex-bit broach, which can be processed simultaneously sample two gaps: a V-type and a U-type (also two V-or U-notch). Whether processing V-or U-notched ATC is not required, processing one sample gap only need 10 seconds, it is easy to operate and reliable for processing the V-and U-gap, it can separately meet GB/T 2106-80 “metal Charpy (V type notch) impact test method” and GB/T 229-2007 “metal Charpy (U-type notch) impact test method”, as well as the corresponding request of ASTM E23, ISO148, ISO0083 standards at home and abroad.   
The broaching machine adopts W18Cr4V manufacturing, high hardness, good wear resistance, each broach can process the samples as many as 20,000.
