Equipment Usage
This testing machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 22082-2017 "Reinforced Concrete Segments" and CJJ/T164-2011 "Shield Tunnel Segment Quality Inspection Technical Standards" and other industry or national standards. It is mainly used for determination of segment bending resistance and pull out resistance. Its structural performance fully meets the requirements of test specifications. Replacing the corresponding attachments can measure the crack and damage load values of the segments, and test the deflection and horizontal displacement of the segments under load. Or measure the maximum pull-out force of the segment lifting bolt and determine its pull -out resistance performance. This testing machine has the characteristics of stable performance, accurate testing, and convenient testing. etc. It is widely used in the production and use of reinforced concrete segments, quality supervision, scientific research institutes and other departments.
